DELIVERY

We deliver to customers worldwide from this website. If your location is not listed on checkout, please send an email to bodymovement.store@gmail.com stating what you would like to order and your address and we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Delivery Duty Unpaid

We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders.

EXCLUSIONS

All orders will be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, please take this into consideration when buying your garments. Any orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that the order needs 24-48h to be processed and then shipped. 

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, taking into consideration new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new General Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on www.bodymovement.store

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Any returned and exchanged must be sent back to us at your own cost in their original condition. For return and exchange all protective stickers, labels and tags on the items must be attached. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to the sender if they do not need these requirements.

UAE ORDERS
To be eligible for a refund, UAE orders must be returned to us within 7 days of the date you received the parcel, including faulty products.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may return and exchange any unwanted items within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

Alternatively you can contact us by email  bodymovement.store@gmail.com and include Your Order Number and your Last and First name. Also the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Body Movement does not refund international duties and taxes that has been paid (if any).

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Our system has been designed to only allow you to order products that we have in stock. However, in the event of an error and your desired product not being available, we will inform you by email within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

We require an email address upon registration, and we will use this email address to acknowledge receipt of your order.
In accepting the terms and conditions of sale the consumer consents to credit status checks being carried out by Sole Company, if deemed necessary by the company as part of the ordering process, before the company decides whether to accept the order.

Your order will not be confirmed as accepted by Company until dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days (a "working day" being Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays) beginning the day after your receipt of the goods. If your returned order is received within fourteen days of receipt, we will refund any delivery charges paid if the full order is returned.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
To cancel your order, you must notify us immediately in writing (which includes email) within seven working days from the day after the order was delivered. You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Any goods returned must be unworn, complete with any gift with purchase, in their original packaging.
